My grandmother was a wonderful cook.  She could go in her kitchen find some stuff and throw it all together and a creation would be born.  She always fascinated me, I never seen her with a cook book.  She would make stuff either from the top of her head or just from guessing and it always turned out wonderful.  I love and miss her very much.  I fix this recipe when I miss her and to go back to all the memories sitting around her eating table brought.  Here is her secret mac I love so very much.

What you will need:

A box of macaroni
Cream or milk
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
Garlic salt
Pepper
Salt

How to make:

Boil the macaroni and drain.  Add some cream or milk - don't add to much and make it soupy.  Add in the tomatoes.  Add garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!  Have a wonderful day!!

Tonight I was sitting here playing on my computer and I'm still bored.  And hungry!!  So I went searching through my cabinets to see what I could throw together or fix.  Let me tell you...  I love love love me some pinterest!!  It is such an addiction!!  Ok, so what does pinterest have to do with me being bored and hungry?  Pinterest is a board of bookmarks at your finger tips!!  So I was searching through pinterest with all the ingredients I had in my house.  And I saw it!!  I saw fudge!!  So I made fudge for the first time tonight and it was ohhhhh so yummy - even though it hasn't set yet.  I can't help it - I never let any thing set like it's suppose to with out touching it first.  So here is a picture of my first fudge!!  It's peanut butter btw.

I was trying to get some good shots of this little boy "Gavin" before he ran away and didn't pay attention to my camera settings so I got an UT OH....  Here is my ut oh and my fix!!  Want to know what I did?  This picture is under my befores and afters and is in the caption.  Have a wonderful day!!
