The day before Valentine's! I probably won't do a blog post tomorrow so here is a early Happy Valentine's greeting from me to you! How do you like my new look? I think I'm digging it but need some feed back. I've been meaning to do this for a long time just never got around to actually sitting down and doing this. I entered a photo editing challenge yesterday and wanted to post my edit of Amber Lee's photograph. The photo challenge can be found here - Amber Lee's Editing Challenge by Photographers Connection 
The photo on the left is Amber Lee's. The photo on the right is my finished edit.
My edit: I tried to give a "clean" edit. First I started off and added a curves boost to lighten the photo, then added some contrast, after that was done I started working on her face. I lightened the eyes and added more color to her lips. Smoothed out her skin. I gave it a little closer crop. Winners will be announced today - wish me luck! I would like to thank the following people for making tonight a success, Nicole Ashley for doing the make-up, if it wasn't for her the girls wouldn't have looked so glamourous, she truly did a wonderful job! Rob Hamilton, Pastor Sam Youngblood and the members of Cedar Hill Church of God for letting me borrow their fellowship hall. My dad for believing in me and making it all possible for me to do what I love. My husband for also believing in me and supporting me.
